Totem exists in partnership with CT Connections – our parent company, and whom we’ve collaborated with since June of 2014. Working to provide us with the most up to date travel management technology and buying power via supplier relationships, we share a common vision, values and a unique business proposition, that is: ‘Every Connection Counts’ and ‘Every Journey Counts’, a shared vision that anchors our purpose and interaction with every one of our valued clients.

During her 21 year career in the conference, event and incentive industry, Karen has successfully run hundreds of programs from small to very large all over the world.

Karen’s background in senior management roles, and her wealth of knowledge accumulated from working on enterprise wide and channel partner incentives, events and conferences, demonstrates her ability to excel in every facet of this specialised sector. She combines her experience in developing and managing themes and communication programs, as well as her extensive event production skills to cement an integrated and creative service.

Having co-founded Totem Group in 2010, Karen’s passion is to create journeys that matter by connecting purpose and meaning with engaging and inspiring programs.

Tanya Wick

Head of Sales & Marketing

A conference, incentive and event professional, Tanya has over 22 years experience working in partnership with corporate and channel partners across a range of management roles.

Throughout her career, she has gained invaluable expertise and continues to develop her multi-disciplined skill set across production, marketing, sales, accounts and operations to continually add value to Totem’s clients.

As co-founder of Totem Group, her passion boils down to helping clients realise the potential of programs that inspire and motivate all stakeholders while she is purpose driven to integrate meaningful engagement and sound business practice.
